There is Uniplast S.r.l. has been on the territory for less than a year, it is born

with the objective to create boats, accessories and forniture in wood and in 

steel for small and large boats.

First boat made entirely of wood in our factory

It has a powder painting system

Powder painting system

Realized in stainless steel it can be used on all the metallic surfaces, it is based on

different technological trials, guaranteeing reliability and quality.

Strength's points:

• No environmental impact because of the system is based on a system with heat containment and on a total recovery of the powder

• possibility of recovery of the varnish

• facility of use

The working pieces are covered with painted powder base on synthetic resins that

stick on by electrostatic effect, then they are place in an oven where, for the

elevated temperature, up to 240°, first the painting melts, then it polymerizes,

giving an adherent layer

The powdered painting is done in a equipped system:

• aerial chain carrier ribbon where are hung, the pieces to be painted, sheet steel, pipes,torches and section irons

• washing system of the pieces,

• polymerization oven,

• application boxes with electrostatic gun
  

The elevated temperature assures a constant and uniform heat,

guaranteeing an elevated quality of the product

The company Uniplast s.r.l. has obtained ISO 14001 certification, a guarantee of its continued commitment to safe guarding the environment and use natural resources.
